Drive Leads by demonstrating your Business Expertise on Facebook

strategic social media Liz Horgan Charlotte NC logo bubbleUse Facebook to drive leads directly to your company.

How?  By demonstrating your expertise in your industry using Facebook. When people need an expert, when they are looking for a credible resource for a problem or issue they face, let them have one more way to find you and your business!

Post interesting, cutting-edge, novel, and even basic information that you find online about things that pertain to your industry to your Facebook page.

As you select what you want to post, think about it from your prospects’ and customers’ standpoints – what is it that people may want or need to know about your product, market or industry.  By demonstrating your knowledge and providing up-to-date news, you build credibility and visibility as a resource with the right people…namely people who care because they search and find you.

Two ideas to help you capture leads:

1.  Provide a link to your website in your post (either embed this or make it explicit – test and see which works best)

2.  Have a call to action easily visible on your Facebook page and make it easy to click on.  You may want them to subscribe to your newsletter, your RSS feed, or sign up for email specials – let your expert information propel people to take action.
